Hi everyone! Welcome to our forum for the December 2020 GA. =)
The GA will take place on Saturday, December.5th and Sunday, December 6th starting at 09:00 UTC/11:00 CET both days.
Please use this forum to submit your statute amendments, motions, and nominations. We also encourage you to have lots of discussions on here between now and the event. The more talking, the better! All we ask is that you be kind and respectful to each other.
The deadline to submit statute amendments is one month before the GA: Saturday, November. 7th. There is no deadline for motions, nominations or registering delegates (although we encourage you to do this sooner rather than later).
We will need nominations for the following positions in PPI:
-1 Chairperson
-4 board members
-1 alternate board member
-6 Court of Arbitration members
-3 lay auditors
Please note that on Friday, November 6th at 18:00 UTC/20:00 CET we will be holding a technical test starting on Big Blue Button: https://bbb.piratensommer.de/b/gre-cnw-a9v. It is very important each member party sends at least one delegate so that we can decide together which tool to use for the event. If all else fails, our backup is Mumble.
