Motion to amend Nov.10th agenda

Hi there,

The board of PPI proposes to change the current agenda, which is found here: https://wiki.pp-international.net/wiki/index.php?title=PPI_Conference_2018/ProposedAgenda#Valid%20agenda to the following:

  1. Opening formalities

  2. Budget 2019

  3. Financial proposal: Get rid of the 20% rule for affiliation fees
    Financial Proposal

  4. Counter Proposal to capping removal (originating from the Board)
    2018 Affiliation Fees, Proposal for 4-Tier Fee System

  5. New vote tool : Congressus for PPI
    New vote tool : Congressus

  6. Any other business/information items
    – International coordination meetings
    – Standing Committee for the revision of Statutes Standing Committee for the revision of the statutes
    – Standing Committee for ECOSOC and International NGO activities Standing Committee for ECOSOC and International NGO activities
    –Open Mic

  7. Closing of the GA

The reason for this being that the agenda must prioritize the 2019 budget. Additionally, the current agenda contains a couple of items currently framed as motions which do not actually fit as such (example: Standing Committees do not require motions).
