Motion on coordinated response on the Internet regulations

In order to create modern, digital, democratic society all over the world we need to coordinate our efforts.

Governments in all countries tries to regulate Internet to prevent free flow of information, political competence, inhibit civil activities, protect their corporations.

Even very democratic countries have such regulations.

PPI have to create toolkit for coordinated responce of all member parties to such repressive regulations in any of countries of Member parties.

Response should include explanation of inedequacy of regulation, impossibility to implement such regulation in local state, bringing negative effects of Internet regulations to public discussion and (if possible) to official political and international agenda.

The GA recommended to handle this proposal at the next Meeting of the SCUBA (Standing Committee on UN Bureaucratic activities).
