We need serious people located in NY and Geneva who will routinely attend UN events. Who can we recommend that will definitely go to these events. We have 6 spots open in Geneva (all of them), and 3 spots in NY.

How often do these individuals need to attend the UN meetings in Geneva?

There are meetings every day. However, it is acceptable for a temporary rep. to come once a year. An annual rep. should attend at least 2 events a year, preferably more. The important thing is that you find an event where we can participate in a panel or have other interest in the topic (e.g. global internet policy), and then will be able to make a contribution. After the event we also encourage you to share a few sentences and some pictures, preferably as a blog post. Please contact us by email for more details on participating as an ECOSOC rep.
