Due to covid pandemy the transform of mankind activities into the digital way sufficiently increased. It’s obviously that states and the society are ready to step
forward into the digital era, especially in education and labor relationships. But governments do not make enough efforts to involve modern technologies beside those they use for watch over and control citizens. Therefore the society is even more hard to
accept any innovations and learn to use it. PPI is full of hope on changing the
situation for digitising and we are ready to help in it.
COVID-19 gave possibility for everyone to take advantage of digital tools for improving quality of life, democracy.

I threw your Motions statement into grammarly and fixed some things. Maybe also replace PPRU with PPI here…
